This public frontend is designed to help travellers quickly find airline websites, support links, codes, apps and frequent flyer resources.
Airline Contacts displays data already stored in your airline contacts database. Public pages focus on traveller-safe information such as websites, customer contact links, baggage policy links, frequent flyer links, airline codes and app links.
Airline details change frequently. The frontend avoids inventing details and only renders values found in the database. If a field is not available, the page shows a blank state rather than guessing.
The current version is public-read only. A future version can connect this section to your existing update request, RBAC and agent workflow tables.
Use the database admin process to update airline records, resources, apps and customer numbers. Agent and RBAC workflows can be added later without changing the public page structure.
